This Night Audit guide of mine really only pertains to the way Holiday Inn’s do the night audit. You have to be using the Encore PMS. Otherwise this thing won’t help you at all.
Also keep in mind that each Holiday Inn does things differently. So this guide of mine should only be used as reference, not the end all way to do the audit.
Recently the hotel I work at has left the beloved Holiday Inn franchise. Now we have yet to get the other chains computer system yet. So If you need some kind of help or you want to bitch about hotels send me an e-mail or stop by the Night Audit Forum.
