The only way I think something like that should get looked into is if someone is SELLING or otherwise gaining a profit off of their stuff, or if they are releasing something before its hit the streets so to speak. But if they're being bitches about someone downloading an episode of a tv show that has already aired, then they need to get their heads out of their asses and get a whiff of the real, current world.
