Well I have finally have been able to get the full output from my cheap piece of shit Best Data modem. Who when I bought it said right on the v.90 56k modem. Well after finding an update for the drivers that really made it a v.90 56k modem. And this was two months after buying the modem. Also my ISP is finally upgraded their modems to v.90, so I am going to be playing Half-Life on the net for the next 24 hours.
